Life is a journey,
we appreciate beautiful sceneries
and make thousands of stops...

We meet people, those we may like or may not like;
those we may love or may not love;

We kiss some of them goodbye;
we wave some of them goodby,
we don't even say goodbye to some of them;

We may not want to leave those we love,
but they, for some reason, leave us eventually,
We miss them all the time,
and cannot let go.

We experience the changes of the four seasons,
and the changes of ourselves are rather distinct;
As we grow old,
we come to understand the people and the world where we live;
We learn the rules of the society in our times;
We obey the laws and never disturb the social order;
But we can never choose the world and the times we live.

Hanna in this movie is an illiterate woman,
while she feels the world with her heart.
She is ashamed of being illiterate.
That's why she adimts that she wrote that report
and was given the imprisonment for life.
We have to recognize that what she and the other five women
had done is against humanity;
But they had no other choices.
In Hanna's words:
"What...what would you have done?"
The World War II is a disaster.
Millions of innocent people were killed,
Hanna is guilty,
but those who launch the war should take the full resposibility for her guilt.

Michael sent Hanna tapes which gave great encouragement to her
and she started to learn words by herself in prison.
She realized the "kid" never forget her and
still loves her.
But she again chose to leave him alone.

Life is a journey,
there is always someone we will love entirely and
will never let go. 
When they decide to leave, we may spend our lifetime missing them...

This is about a piece of news I read from New York Times.

This piece of news described the affairs about a spy called Ali al-Jarrah. 
Although he works as an administrator at a school in Palestine, 
he sends reports to Israel and take secret photographs of Palestinian groups 
and Hezbollah(Labanese Shiite political and militant group) since 1983. 
He is now accused of betraying his country to  an enemy state. 
His wife insists that he was tortured and is innocent. 
About six years ago, he built a three-stored villa in the villiage where he and his wife live. 
But he also had a second wife who lived in a rather cheap apartment 
in the town of Masnaa near the Syrian border, 
which is a good cover for him to carry out secret plans. 
This spy said he was imprisoned and then recruited by Israeli officers in 1983. 
It was not until last summer that he had been detained by Syrian police.

The crucial moments in our life may be the hours, the minutes, 
even the seconds we experience,
As we make various decisions and choices, 
we know those decisions and choices may lead us to a rather different way...
While we sometimes don't even know what we're  to be faced with;
or how to accpet the changes brought by the decisions and choices. 
We get lost.

When we get lost, we don't know what to do 
and start wasting our time doing dull or stupid things.
And we can't even realize what we're doing are stupid things.
People around us may tell us about it...because the onlooker sees most of the game
But we still act as usual until we ourselves are aware that we need to change.
